THE CHALLENGE

Fledging needs your help making our products! You'll final pack our products, de-bundle received goods, and complete other Operations tasks as needed to help us product and ship product. You can plug in your headphones and listen to what you want while you work.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

12 weeks. 15 hours per week. $10-12 per hour. This is a perfect temporary assignment for someone looking to earn a guaranteed $1800 or more before the summer while enjoying their favorite podcast or music. It's perfect for students, folks with flexible schedules, or someone looking to earn a little extra cash this spring. 

Fledging HQ is open 7AM to 6PM Monday through Friday at Innovation Depot (1500 1st Ave N., Birmingham, AL). We can flex around your schedule. For example, you could come and go as needed, or bundle work days together, or only work in the afternoons.

 

THE SKILLSET

  • Your schedule has to match ours (Not technically a skill but hey, it's vitally important)

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to stand/sit for several hours at a time

  • A solid attitude and willingness to work
